1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between LLC "Concierge Georgia" (hereinafter - the "Company") and the user of the website or the person who orders services (hereinafter - the "Client"). By using the Company's website or ordering a service, the Client agrees to the terms set out below.

2. Description of Services
The Company offers a multi-service concierge service in the following areas:

  • Personal assistant services

  • Tourism and travel services (tickets, hotels, transfers)

  • Support for visitors in Georgia

  • Event organisation

  • Real estate services

  • Business concierge services

The service is available at three levels: PRIME, ELITE, and LUXURY. The exact scope and conditions of each level are set out in the relevant offer or in an individual agreement.

3. Order and Payment Terms
3.1. The Client can order the service through the website, by phone, or by email.
3.2. When the Client chooses a specific package, the Client first pays the package (service) fee through the online payment system on the website (bank card), unless the parties agree otherwise individually. Once the payment is confirmed, the package becomes active, and a personal assistant is assigned to the Client.
3.3. The validity period of a package is determined by the duration of the package selected by the Client and is:
(a) one-week package – seven (7) calendar days;
(b) two-week package – fourteen (14) calendar days;
(c) one-month package – thirty (30) calendar days.
The validity period starts on the day the payment is confirmed, including that day. If the selected service involves a lengthy procedure that extends beyond the package validity period, the timeframe for performing the service shall be determined by individual agreement between the parties.
3.4. If the package period has ended and the Client still wants to receive the same or a different service, the Client must purchase the relevant package again, so that the personal assistant can continue or restart the work.
3.5. Prices of packages and services are stated in US dollars ($). Payment is made in Georgian lari (₾) at the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of Georgia and in effect on the day of payment. If payment is made with a bank card issued, or from an account held, outside Georgia, the Client may pay in US dollars.
Prices may be changed by the Company without prior notice. However, the price of an order that has already been confirmed and paid will not change.
3.6. In addition to the package fee, the Client pays in advance an amount intended to cover payments to third parties (airlines, hotels, transport companies, event venues and other providers) within the services requested by the Client (hereinafter the "Advance Payment"). The amount of the Advance Payment is determined by agreement of the parties, based on the services the Client wishes to receive. The Advance Payment is paid together with the package fee or before work on the relevant task begins.
3.7. The Advance Payment is not part of the Company's service fee and is used on the Client's instructions and in the Client's interest to settle payments with third parties, except where the service is provided directly by the Company. In such cases, the Company is entitled to receive a commission from the Advance Payment for each such service.
The Company keeps a record of how the Advance Payment is spent and, at the Client's request, provides the Client with information on the expenses incurred.
3.8. If the Advance Payment has been used up and the Client wishes to use additional services, the Client tops up the Advance Payment balance in advance. The Company is not obliged to cover third-party costs from its own funds or to carry out a task for which the Advance Payment balance is insufficient.
3.9. When the package validity period expires, the parties make a final settlement. The unused balance of the Advance Payment is refunded to the Client, as a rule, within ten (10) business days, and in any case no later than thirty (30) business days, after the package validity period expires, subject to sections 4.4-4.5 of these Terms. Any bank fees related to the refund of the balance are borne by the Client and are deducted from the amount refunded. At the Client's request, provided the Client notifies the Company before the balance is refunded, the balance may be transferred to a new package purchased by the Client instead of being refunded. The restriction set out in section 4.2 does not apply to the unused balance of the Advance Payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. The value of the Company's service is not only the final result (for example, a purchased ticket or a booked hotel), but also the time and resources that the personal assistant spends on the Client's task - searching for information, choosing options, communicating with providers, and coordinating the process. Through this service, the Client gains the saving of time and effort.
4.2. The package (service) fee is non-refundable once the personal assistant has started working on the Client's task - including in cases where the Client later changes their mind, changes their decision, or cancels the request.
4.3. The only exceptions are cases where: (a) the Company itself is unable to, or refuses to, perform the service; or (b) performing the service becomes impossible for a reason that is entirely independent of the Company, and no work has yet begun on the Company's side. In such cases, the Client will receive a full or partial refund of the paid amount, subject to sections 4.4-4.5 below.
4.4. If, in the course of providing the service, a specific action has already been taken with a third party (for example, purchasing a ticket, making a booking, paying a commission, or making a deposit), and this action cannot be fully or partially cancelled or refunded because of costs, commissions, or penalties charged by the third party - these costs are not refunded to the Client and are not the Company's responsibility. Where possible, the Company will inform the Client in advance of any known conditions (for example, cancellation policy, refundable percentage) before carrying out the relevant action. However, the Company takes no responsibility for details unknown to it, or for cancellations or failures to perform caused by the third party that could not have been foreseen.
4.5. Any amount withheld by a third party will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded to the Client, if a refund is due at all under section 4.3 above.

5. Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Company undertakes to provide the service professionally and within the agreed timeframe.
5.2. The Client must:
(a) pay the package fee in accordance with section 3 of these Terms;
(b) pay the Advance Payment before any service involving a third party is performed and, where necessary, top it up (sections 3.6-3.8);
(c) provide the Company, completely, accurately and in good faith, with the information and documents needed to carry out the service, including personal data (passport or ID card details, phone number, residential address and other details), and promptly inform the Company of any changes to them.
The Company is not responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information provided by the Client.
5.3. The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or the quality of service caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other providers), although the Company will do its best to assist the Client in such situations.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Company's liability is limited only to direct damages, equal to the amount the Company received as the service fee. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6.2. The Company is not liable for cancellation or change fees, penalties, or non-refundable amounts charged by third parties (airlines, hotels, transport companies, event venues, and other providers) - these costs are part of a transaction carried out in the Client's interest, and the Company does not reimburse them (see section 4.4).
6.3. The limitations set out in this section do not apply to damage caused by the Company's intentional act or gross negligence, in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia.

7. Confidentiality
The rules for processing personal data are set out in a separate document - the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these Terms and Conditions. The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved by agreement will be settled in the relevant court, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
